Emad is a Fully Employed MBA (FEMBA) candidate with a graduation date of June of 2013. During his MBA Emad has focused on International Business Management & Business Plan Development. The final project for the MBA, also known as the Global Access Program, paired him with four other students with the goal of helping an international company launch a new product in the US market. Emad has taken elective courses in International Economics, International Business Management, Business Plan Development and Business Plan Development. Emad has also taken ‘study-abroad’ courses in Spain, Thailand and the Middle East.

External Representative 2011

As an external representative on the FEMBA council Emad helped students with recruiting and career development activities throughout the year. He developed a career road-map that is used by FEMBA students as a guide to career transition.

Vision Marketing - Business Plan Development Lead

Emad led the Business Plan Development team to conduct secondary and primary market research and to develop an investment quality business plan for a new venture called 'Vision Marketing'.

Net Impact Case Competition

Teaming up with his favorite four colleagues from Anderson Emad helped a large Los Angeles Non-Profit organization find new revenue streams to fund their summer camp for under privileged children. The team proposed using existing facilities owned by the non-profit as recreational facilities for local organizations during non-summer months and use the revenues to fund the summer camps.

ACG Cup Case Competition

During the ACG Cup Case Competition Students get four days to value a real world example corporation. The case is private equity-type scenario, also drawing on skills related to investment banking and management strategy/consulting.
